Project Objectives
To design a property adviser app based on matching the right adviser with the customer’s needs.
My Role
As a product designer on this project, I was responsible for the full end to end product design, including ideation, user research, proposition validation, prototyping, and creation of all final UX and UI design assets.
DESIGN PROCESS
User centred design process was applied throughout the project. User research was conducted, and the customer journey map was created for design guidance. All designs were user tested.
